This 2016 interior renovation project in Newmarket, Ontario involved the complete redesign of three floors of office space, which included demolition work, new partitions, sprinkler systems modifications, HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, millwork, and interior finishes.
Toronto Amex Building
This iconic building located at 2225 Sheppard Avenue East required extensive exterior site works and landscaping, which Quad Pro completed in 2015. Additionally, several interior office renovation projects were completed in the subsequent months, which included lighting and interior finishes upgrades.
Sunlife Financial Building
In 2017, Quad Pro Construction completed an 18th floor office renovation for Sunlife Financial’s Richmond Hill offices. The scope of wok included demolition, new partitions, sprinkler systems modifications, HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, millwork, and interior finishes.
Joseph Shepard Federal Building
Since early 2001, Quad Pro Construction has completed many construction projects at the Joseph Shepard Building offices, managed by Maple Leaf Property. Over the years, work has including various exterior projects such as site work and building envelope repairs, and extensive interior office renovations. The scope of these interior works included everything from complete office redesign over multiple floors to HVAC and electrical work, as well as new millwork installations and complete washroom renovations.
