This community women’s shelter project in Newmarket was completed for York Region in 2017. The scope of work involved renovations to the basement floor of the facility, including construction of a new washroom and locker area and all associated works such as partitions, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and interior finishing
Brayfield Manors
This 2016 community housing and assisted living project for York Region involved extensive interior washroom renovations, including accessibility upgrades, to five separate blocks and 20 separate units. The scope of work for this project included interior partitions, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and interior refinishing.
Rowntree Early Learning & Child Care Centre (Toronto Community Housing)
This 2015 early learning and childcare centre project for Toronto Community Housing involved interior renovation of the space, including new child-friendly and barrier-free washrooms and interior refinishing. All associated work such as demolition, partitions, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and millwork were included in the scope of work.
