Safety is the single highest priority and non-negotiable foundation at Quad Pro Construction. Every employee, partner, and client goes home at the end of each day – this is our biggest commitment and measure of success. We foster a culture which encourages everybody to use their authority to stop work if conditions are unsafe, and we invest in continuous training, equipment, and protocols that protect our employees and the communities we serve.

ISO 45001 is an occupational health and safety standard which enables organizations to manage and improve their health and safety risks and performance. This management system incorporates core organizational processes and heavily includes senior management while also stressing the need for complete worker participation. Through a rigorous process of audits, submissions, training, implementation, and reviews, Quad Pro has achieved this certification and continues to reengage with the process every three years to maintain it.

COR is a nationally recognized accreditation in Canada for employers who implement effective health and safety management systems. To obtain COR certification, a company must have an existing health and safety program, choose a certifying partner in their province, implement the program, and pass an audit to verify it meets provincial and national standards. The process involves training and documentation over a period of at least a year before an audit can be conducted. Quad Pro is proud to continue to maintain this certification.
